Authenticity Coffee was founded by café owner Bink Bowler and coffee industry operator Reuben Thorne with a simple idea — coffee should be high quality, freshly roasted, and fairly priced. After years working with coffee they saw a gap in the market for a roastery that understands the challenges café operators face today, while appreciating households are drinking more coffee than ever!

We keep things simple — great coffee, roasted fresh, at a fair and transparent price. Our house blend Cheerful is poured daily in busy cafés, restaurants, bars, food trucks and offices, proving that quality coffee doesn’t have to come with inflated prices. With straightforward blanket pricing we cut the unnecessary overheads and pass the savings directly to you — just solid coffee at a solid price.
Located in the car park at the Colombo Mall is our HQ café with an on-site roastery in view of the café. We are open 7 days, 8am - 5pm.
