BLENDS
Cheerful - our house blend, and the blend we recommend that every café pours! It is a balanced and tasty base for all espresso recipes! We pour this blend through our own café and other popular cafés, restaurants, bars, and food trucks.
We have other blends available – see our shop for blend details – with wholesale rates starting from $29.90 + GST.
NUMBERS DON'T LIE
Café X does 35 kg per week, paying roaster Y $39.00/kg, spending $70,980.00 on coffee per annum.
Café X changes to Authenticity, now paying $29.90 kg and now spending $53,418.00 on coffee per annum.
*Note: Many cafés are paying above $39.00 kg – we have used this as a middle ground.

We understand that not all café owners want to be aligned with a coffee brand but rather have their brand say it all.
Choose your favourite blend, and we can supply it under our "Roasted with Authenticity” brand – which gives your business ownership of the coffee in the bag and ensures your café brand is the shining star, giving your café a strong point of difference – being the only place your guests can get your coffee.
We can support you in launching your own in-store retail range, taking your café name into your regulars’ homes.
Cups, consumables, and servicing
EVERYTHING ELSE
We supply branded cups, as well as other consumables like chocolate, chai, espresso cleaner, and so on via Bidfood.
For clients using their own brand, we can support you in sourcing your own branded cups or funky coloured cups via Decent Packaging.
All machinery servicing is handled directly with Espresso Tools, our servicing partners.
Machinery
MACHINERY SOLUTIONS
WE WILL SORT YOUR MACHINE. WE HAVE TWO OPTIONS FOR YOU.
A coffee supplier may supply a ‘free machine', but they are likely financing that machine, charging you a hidden rental rate within your high kg price.
- You pay off the machine for them via the hidden rental rate.
- They own the machine.
- They then keep charging you the same KG rate, now renting you a machine that you just bought them.
We offer machines and grinders via Silver Chef — a leader in hospitality equipment rentals with pathways to equipment ownership. It is quick and easy, we will lead the process.
1. We will sort out your machine and grinder.
2. We will connect you with Silver Chef to purchase this gear.
3. You pay a weekly rental for the equipment with the option to purchase or upgrade it at any point.
SilverChef makes it possible to upgrade your equipment, purchase it, or simply keep renting it - depending on your business needs.
Your weekly rental amount contributes to your Buy-Out price, and you receive discounts as your contract rolls on - the ball is in your court!
The money you are saving via your KG rate will offset the machine cost, and keep in mind you are working towards buying your own coffee equipment, rather than buying it for your supplier.
Another added benefit is you will have a line of credit with Silver Chef, so if you ever need equipment urgently, say your dishwasher breaks down, you know you are safe!

We can absolutely do this, however in the spirit of transparency, we will charge you an affordable isolated weekly rental rate for this gear.

We know the fear that comes with changing a key supplier. Be rest assured, your success is because of how great your café is.
Sure – your current supplier may roast good coffee. But so do we. Our coffee is poured at busy cafes, with happy customers drinking it daily. In fact, booming cafes all around the city and country use a different supplier to you.
We want to share this real-life story...
When we started our 1st café together, we launched using a known coffee supplier. We got busy quickly! About a year in, we decided we could not keep paying the price we were paying for coffee, so we decided to roast for ourselves.
During the transitional period, we used another coffee supplier. It was a daunting decision. We discussed it for hours – will our customers notice and desert us?
In the space of 2 months, we changed from supplier 1 to supplier 2, and then changed from supplier 2 to our own coffee.
Not one customer said anything. We totally overcooked it. Of course! Our customers were coming to our café for us and what we offered!
And after all, perhaps change was welcomed by our guests.
So don't overthink it, change can be good. Especially when you are dropping 25% or more off a key cost in your business, but, are still getting delicious coffee, roasted by people that know what they are doing.
